Your orders are carefully packed and contactlessly handed over to the shipping companies GLS, Česká pošta or Zásilkovna, which then transport them to your address or to the collection point.
All shipping companies prefer contactless payments in order to eliminate personal contact. In practice, this means that the cash on delivery can only be paid by contactless means (e.g. credit card) and the receipt of the goods does not need to be confirmed by a signature. We therefore recommend that you choose to pay in advance or by online credit card when ordering goods. This will keep contact with the courier when collecting the goods to a minimum.
If you choose to have the goods delivered to one of the delivery points of Zásilkovna, you do not have to worry about complications in this case either. Should your package be sent to one of the outlets that is closed due to a government regulation, we will redirect the parcel to another outlet in agreement with you. It is best to choose a location that you know for certain is open for delivery.
